Key Tasks:
- Manage the external reporting process
- Prepare and review disclosures
- Conduct research on reporting issues
- Manage stock compensation accounting and reporting
- Manage portions of operational accounting
- Manage impairment review and analysis
- Evaluate accounting pronouncements and SEC regulations
