Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and reporting employee hours and tracking department absenteeism

• Processing recruitment paperwork and system access for new employees

• Drafting internal and external correspondence as requested

• Organizing and coordinating meetings and events, preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes

• Coordinating calendars and travel arrangements

• Conducting general administrative duties including filing, typing, arranging for couriers, and opening and distributing mail

• Maintaining project lists and developing department reports and presentations as needed

• Various other duties as needed
