8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, first call starts at 8, 4:30 is the last call, this role will involve attending to service call after service call until the end of the day. This role would be Monday through Friday, there is an on call option, every 2-3 weeks, there is an on call stipend for that that is paid door to door when you're on call. ADT is currently working with many banks within the area that have ATMs that would need servicing. This could include the card chip reader not working or glitches that would require a technician to come out and resolve the issue.
Once onsite, the technician would have to meet with the manager who might say that the fire alarm is doing this, the technician would then have to find out what the problem is and fix it, or if the issue is with a camera malfunctioning, the technician would have to figure out what's wrong with it or add a camera if the customer requests.
Another scenario might be that the customer already has a different security system from XYZ company and they want to switch to ADT, the technician would then switch over all of their security system to ADT's.

Top Skills Details:
1) ATM Service or Install experience: hands on experience working on ATMs
2)Electronic control background: has to be able to fix bank equipment, fire alarms, CCTV, fire alarms, burglary systems and cameras
3) Needs to have strong customer service skills and be comfortable speaking with office managers to diagnose their security needs
4) Previous Alarm experience is highly preferred
5) Have a reliable vehicle
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Multimeter experience is highly preferred. Candidate also has to be able to pass a drug, background and DMV check.
