First Presbyterian Church, Inc. is seeking a highly organized Customer Service/Administrative Assistant with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to join our team! Must be highly motivated with past customer service and administrative assistant experience. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team. WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.
Our busy company is looking for someone that can provide excellent customer service, manage a high volume of customer requests via phone, email and fax while maintaining accuracy, efficiency and a positive attitude. Engage with team members to execute client requests, complete tasks efficiently, coordinate inbound requests from clients and coordinate meetings for internal/external team members. Strong communication skills are essential. Home-based position.
Basic office reception duties.
Enter process and ship daily orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Answer and resolve customer service related inquiries and requests.
Follow up/communicate with customers regarding product availability, order status, and order tracking.
Maintain and update customer information as needed.
Assist the Purchasing department in maintaining inventory levels and communicate with vendors as needed.
Manage projects independently as needed.
At least 1 year of related experience in office or administrative support And Customer Services
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong computer skills including Word Processing
Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail and prioritization skills
