Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Human Resources position in Shreveport, LA  Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!
Responsibilities for this Human Resources Assistant position:
Knowledge of employee benefits 
Payroll experience
Conduct or assist with new employee orientation
Provides coordination in areas of Human Resources including compensation, benefits, labor relations, employment law, health and safety, workers compensation, training and recruiting, as needed
Assist with the planning and execution of site activities of events and encourages employee participation
Assist in the development, implementation and updating of required written safety and health programs and or plans
Performs special projects as assigned
 
Qualifications for this  Human Resources Assistant position:
Minimum of 1 years of experience in human resources
Bachelors' Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations Management, preferred
Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
General knowledge of safety
Other Qualities:
Unquestionable Integrity and ability to work in a highly confidential environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams
Proficient on MS Office products, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and strengthen relationships at all levels of the organization
