Human Resources Assistant

Amotec is currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant for our client in Fort Morgan, CO.

Human Resources Assistant Job Description

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Record employee information such as personal information, performance reviews, tax information, termination reasons
  • Compute wage records and data
  • Comply and maintain records for benefits administration
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Generate reports
  • Handle multiple projects
  • Input information accurately as needed
  • Scanning files as needed

Human Resources Assistant Job Requirements

  • Basic computer skills required
  • Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
  • Previous HR or Executive Assistant experience required
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good attendance record and work ethics
  • High school diploma or GED required

Additional Information:

  • Compensation: $17-$20 an hour, based on experience
  • 1st shift Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
