·         The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to all areas of Human Resources including
recruiting, reporting, training, compliance and special projects.
Job Description

·         The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative support to all areas of Human Resources including
recruiting, reporting, training, compliance and special projects.

·         Assist in the preparation of associate trainings

·         Maintains accurate and up to date I9s, public access files, and employee files

·         Securely destroys documents based on retention policy

·         Assists in the finalization and maintenance of job descriptions

·         Manages department expenditures including submitting invoices for payment and tracking

·         Communicates new hires details to appropriate internal departments to ensure ample response
time for required set ups and preparation

·         Facilitates new hire orientation and onboarding initiatives

·         Tracks leaves of absence, provides appropriate documentation, and communicates issues of pay
with payroll
