What you will be doing:
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
- Administer health and life insurance programs for employees
- Handling workers compensation
- Implement training programs
- Plan annual performance reviews for hiring manager
- Inform employees about any new benefits they are eligible for
- Update employee files
- Maintain detailed job descriptions with correct salary
- Assist with hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Assist with payroll
