Opportunity: The Mom Project is helping to source candidates for the above client who is looking for a Production Artist
Commitment Level: 40 hours per week, on-site, contract through December 2020

We are seeking a Production Artist on a contract basis to support their business needs.
What You’ll Do:
•Work closely with project managers, designers, copywriters and creative team manager to produce graphic assets for product launch, campaigns, social, web, tech papers, and other collateral as needed
•Publish, maintain, and organize final assets on company brand portal
•Assist in creating, detailing, organizing, and maintaining brand and design standards, templates and other materials as needed
•Work on special projects as assigned by management
•The ideal candidate is lightning-fast in creating and re-sizing, meticulous in organization and following processes, and unflappable in working through a project queue to meet tight deadlines
•2-5 years professional experience in print and digital design or production work
•Prior experience with maintaining graphic standards is recommended, but not required.
•Good understanding of, or experience in the tech / hard drive industry a plus.
•Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Acrobat, etc) and Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365 on Mac OS platform
•Experience and proficiency in collaborative workflow programs such as Wrike
•Meticulous attention to detail with ability to self-check quality of work
•Extreme organizational and file management ability with good verbal and written skills
•Self-motivated with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills
•Ability to multi-task and perform under tight and often shifting deadlines
•Ability to work independently as well as within a fast-paced team environment, covering for other team members on various projects as needed
•This role is intended for someone who thrives in a somewhat repetitive production environment and takes pride in their accuracy, speed, and craftsmanship
•Ability to work remotely or on-site in Beaverton, OR if necessary
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in graphic design)
Hours & Location:
Standard M-F, 40 hours/week. This position is located in Beaverton, OR, however, will be remote until the restrictions are lifted.
